Delivery and Handling
- Unique Water is available within Australia only.
- Unique Water do not post, ship or courier to international locations.
- Orders are delivered by Unique Water’s preferred freight company.
- All goods are dispatched from Unique Water’s warehouse located at 45-47 Alexander Avenue, Taren Point NSW 2229.
- Unique Water orders can be delivered to a home or office address.
- Unique Water deliveries can be left at the front porch or in a secure area and do not require a signature upon delivery.
- If your delivery instructions indicate that you will be home to receive the delivery. Should you not be available on the allocated delivery day to accept the delivery a notification will be placed in your letter box advising you that a delivery has been attempted. Customers will incur an additional delivery charge at the discrepancy of Unique Water for re-deliveries.
- Unique Water will not deliver to PO Boxes.
- If you wish to change your delivery instructions you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your selected delivery day, by phone 1300 305 795 or email email@example.com (quote your name, address, order number and change of instructions).
- All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Freight rates are determined by postcode and suburb.
Delivery Time frames
- Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas, and all other areas allow a minimum of 3-5 working days.
- Delivery is available from 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday only.
- Unique Water will not advise of an exact delivery time.

- Should you receive a damaged delivery, please phone 1300 305 795 or email email@example.com within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
- It is at the discretion of Unique Water to determine whether the goods are to be replaced or refunded
Refund and Returns Policy
- Unique Water will not refund your order if you simply change your mind
- If the goods are faulty, not as described or an incorrect product size we will refund the goods and freight in full or replace the items.
- Goods will be collected by our preferred freight company and once goods are received in our warehouse a refund will be issued.
